This or That: Solids or prints for clothes

I've always been a solid person. I love prints in clothing but just not for myself. Just about every time I go out of my comfort zone and buy a print shirt I may only end up wearing it once or taking it back. I love prints on others though, just not me.

What do you prefer solids or prints on your clothes?

Solids. Mostly in blacks and grays. I have a problem with spilling crap down the front of me.

Solids... black, greys and browns. This year I experimented with pinks. I never wear white because I'm sloppy.

mostly solid colors now.... when I was in my 30's it was all about prints and colors.... now, it is about not having to think about what goes with what -- just grab and go :D

With the exception of my digle ball pants of course, :D i tend to wear more solid colors these days too. My "uniform" to work lately has been the same style dress but in different solid colors thrown over black leggings. I'm getting pretty boring as i age i guess.

I think I have hit my midlife crisis and am wearing outrageous prints and colors. I took my teenager school shopping a few weeks ago and ended up with some younger than I probably should be wearing clothes. I even took a cheese grater to a pair of my jeans the other day

I wear both. I have a lot of print skirts with solid blouses I wear to work. I wear skirts because i feel they are more comfortable than pants. Fewer solid skirts with print tops.

You will not see me in leggings! Those days are long gone as is the skinny legs and waist I use to have.
