Safe Air Fresheners?

I use to like using air freshener products but stopped since I've heard it can cause allergic reactions to pets. Is there a natural and or safe option?

We haven't noticed any problems with HRH and use the renuzit automatic sprayers. Also aerosol cans. Perhaps if you try them around them you will hopefully have the same results.

I use Glade air fresheners and I've never had a problem with Brutus...only that he's terrified of them

I use the glade plug ins with no problems and then I use the newer glade spray that is either for pets or for heavy duty smells or something. It actually works well on furniture etc. I have never had any problems either.

I use the febreeze plug-ins and haven't had any problems. We also have an air purifier.
