Ok for the bulldog talk, I managed to get some snuggle time in with my Bear Bear and now he is in his crate 
Hoping to get him out soon. I gave him peanut butter this morning, he went nuts of course.
Contractor Update if you care to know
So the other day ended with him wanting money for the extra work he has done for me so far. We never agreed on a contract when he was to get paid out for that. I have forwarded him $300 which was PLENTY for materials for the extra work he was doing (which in all he was charging $500 for anyway, so he got over half). Now he wanted $350 more prior to finishing the work. I dumbly said ok i'll see what I can do. Hubby was having NONE of that he wants it done and then he'll give the money. So in the meantime the contractor left me a scathing voicemail that "he isn't F***ing playing any more games and is putting a lein on my house". Well this didn't go over so well with the hubby so he called the guy and put him in his place. So it ended that the contractor was to finish the work today, Friday and get paid in full, per contract. The extra stuff was verbal and he did get an advance on that, over half.
So yesterday, Thursday I get a call from him that says he is not showing up unless he gets half on Thursday. I said look, our contract states the rest when complete. He still has trim work, plumbing, touch up paint in the bathroom and my kitchen ceiling to finish. The contract included painting the kitchen ceiling. So he gets here this morning and says the kitchen ceiling wasn't included. I mean WTF. I showed him the contract. He says fine. Then he tried to say he bought the bathroom flooring, NO HE DID NOT. I paid for it through Home Depot, he just picked it up. I swear the long this goes on the more I want to go buy a gun
So as it stands at the moment he hasn't touched the kitchen ceiling which looks freaking horrible because he didn't sand it properly. that is a good 4-5 hour job left on that. He isn't finished the bathroom and he expects to be paid today. Can't wait to see how this goes. I am so done with this.
I swear I will NEVER choose a contractor just because he gives me a price I can work with. The other contractor I got a quote from was 50% higher and came to my house reeking of pot. This is what I get for living in effing WV
. I mean COME ON. So I am sure there are good contractors out there but I am completely livid, disappointed, and will never renovate anything again. F*CK IT.
And if he isn't finished the damn kitchen ceiling i'll have to do it before my husband gets home cuz i got to pay this guy today. I want him GONE.

about it, call the police. He is smelling like pot and breaking a contract...he has also threatened you. Tell him you will call the police, have him escorted and you will see him in court. Your contract of non-completion etc...the courts will be on your side.
