How are his nares? If they're already narrow it could be ok, but if they're open no.

They look open to me...

The external looks great, but how are they passages internally? Have the vet looks and evaluate them. I have been with our vet for 16 years so I trust him deeply.... which is why we did the nares at 16 weeks opposed to waiting to see how he grew.
