Hi everyone,

Hope y’all are safe and healthy. Been a while.

Pebbles tail pocket all of a sudden has gotten gross. Usually small amount or no brown gunk but Yesterday It was pretty bad. I used witch hazel wipes and a medicated pad. Same day her face got the same in wrinkles. Think it was some leftover beef that did it.

Can I use monistat on tail pocket or face wrinkles?

Thanks! Hot in HOUSTON!!!

Dry is best as far as I know. I would be leaning to baby wipes for a thorough cleansing followed up with a light wipe down with Tucks or Witch Hazel(pretty much the same thing).
I'm not sure about Monistat. Since it's for yeast infection only I think it would be a waste. Additionally, it contains mineral oil and that could serve to keep the affected area moist longer than desired.

I use desitin but that’s just to keep moisture away.

Mmm.

Nice to see everyone’s dogs again.

Been a little down on bulldog sites since I had to give BamBam away.

Wrinkle Moisture usually caused by tear stains then turns red n smelly at times. Also a good probiotic helps a lot. Not sure what you’re feeding him but if it’s kibbles simply start adding raw organs as a topper. I use bag balm. I’ve tried all sorts for indigital cyst, folds etc. when they were put on a full raw diet the folds stayed white. They can get moist once in a while cause of the wind, dust etc. I dry their folds on regular basis.

It’s the one with cow udder on the can. Also not the one for pets/dog.

Jackson developed an awful irritation from tear stains. He also has tail pocket issues at times. I bought "Wrinkle Paste" on Amazon. I clean the area with ketoconozole wipes ( Vet gave them to me). I dry the area well and apply the paste. It was miraculous! Once under control, I do it every couple of days and he has had no further problem, even in the Florida heat and humidity, which usually exacerbates this! Good luck!

I actually bought some too, and I just started to use it on Walter. Fingers crossed... Lol

I have used destin and monkey paste. But on a daily bases I use witch hazel on a cotton pad.

How is Peebles doing? Do you know how BamBam is?

Good morning

Bam bam is doing great in a one dog home. Dang she turned out to be a great looking dog.

Still makes Me sad.

Wife told me pandemic would be a great time to get another dog. I
Told her NOOOO WAYY.

Not getting another until both of ours pass on. Never going to have to go thru giving my dog away ever again.
