Crate Love

Rambo is into his third week with us. He had never been crate trained. As you can see by the open door,

the crate is now his special place. He has slept here the past two weeks. He goes home nights for this week. I have never had trouble crate training a dog. They don’t mind the crate if they can see you.

My 2 still have their kennel. I want it out but so hard to make a decision. It’s Jake’s sleeping quarters. He sleeps on the sofa, bed but when lights are out at night, that’s where he goes till morning. Rambo seems to like the floor better than the blankets.

I took our crate out when Gabe had back leg issues and wasn't suppose to move around much. He wont let me put it up now, and charlie joins him sometimes too.

This may be a bit difficult to see, but all 3 dogs get s use the crate at will. The reason Rambo is laying on the wire is because Poncho, the chihuahua, is the alpha dog in this house. Both of the bullies are afraid to mess with him or the little nest he has made. C’est la vie.

Love!! Crate are their safe place. Our two do OK in them but are not needed since we are home so much now
