Hello I am getting very concerned over something that looks like a cyst that is developing in on of my bully's eye. Would you guys be able to identify what it is and treatments for it? Should I just take her to my vet?

Eye ulcer usually responds well to antibiotic ointment. No steroids. Vet needs to evaluate for Entropion or other cause for the ulcer.

I’m always cautious with anything that has to do with the eyes as things can turn bad quickly. I suggest a vet visit.
