Red bump in eye :( :(

My dog developed a small red bump in his eye. It has irritated his eye and looks a bit red. Just happened in last few days. I have also noticed some drainage in the mornings. He has been acting normal and eating fine, doesn’t seem to be causing pain. Calling the vet tomorrow to take him in and get him checked out. Has anybody seen this or experience something similar ? Thank you all in advance for any help or advice .

From the 3rd photo looks like a little cherry eye. Common in this breed. For now you can massage it back in. When he’s ready for getting neutered/fix the vet can fix it all at the same time. It’s only one stitch n it’s tucked in. Sometimes massaging it in won’t come back since he’s a pup.

First two pictures I don’t see anything odd, but third picture does seem like cherry eye
