New Jersey Friend Looking for Bully

Hello all....a friend of mine who lives in New Jersey (close enough to be SE Pennsylvania) is interested in becoming a bully Mama. I've looked on the available for adoption boards as well.

I know people cannot sell puppies here but can anyone give me information on a reputable breeder maybe?

On the rebound is out of Virginia, not sure how far up they adopt out
