Not everyone knows ketogenic. People been brainwashed for decades to stay away from fats when finally nowadays studies are showing it’s the other way around. Healthy fats is your fuel especially brain fuel. MCT is also a great oil. You basically get your good carbs from your veggies. I always said, in some ways, Vegetarians are a step ahead. But for those that don’t want to ditch the carbs at least eat the Mediterranean way.
