Saggin nipples after heat

Hi, I came across this post of your yours. And I have the same question/concern. I have recently rescued Queen Zena (2 years old). She came with all her papers, and according to the previous owner, she has never had a little before, had her heat cycles. I have noticed the same with her nipples, as you described in your post. It really looks as if she had a litter. I have booked an appointment with my VET for tomorrow morning, but I am just a little worried, as I am not sure if this is normal? Did you get any answers or feedback with Duchess?

Bella had the sAme thing after going into heat. They are not as saggy now but still not like they were before she went into heat.

I'm sure it's a hormonal thing.
