Luke Have Allergies?

Hello! PLEASE help my English bulldog Luke has a lot of skin allergies. What does any one recommend? He is very red and has pimples on his face. Also bumps in between his toes and on his chest he is red and circle blad patches. He has been on meds on and off since april and now he is not on any allergy meds because I want to do home remedies to give his liver a break and I know being on those meds aren't good for him for a long periods. What have you done to help your bully out with skin allergies?
