LOST MY BABY ELLIE

Hi, Today at 9 AM we sent Ellie to the Rainbow Bridge .Both me and my husband petting her as she took her last breath.
Ellie has not herself two weeks ago ,a little foam was coming out of her mouth .We wiped if off and life went on. A few days later she started breathing
funny,so we desired to take her to the vet. After x-rays ,urine test,blood test ...they found a large mass in her abdomen.. The vet sent the x-ray to the University of Guelph ( a animal school) .the results were in it was cancer... OMG my little girl was only 4... how can this be ,the mass to big to operate.
Now it was just waiting to see how long her quality of life would last.. Well not long one week ...she stopped eating .then drinking , losing 10 lbs
in one week. so after spending the weekend with her ,it was time . How we sit and remember the good times ,funny things she did ,and how
she made us laugh everyday .Bye my baby BELL BELL..RIP WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU..

Oh my goodness, I am so very, very sorry for your loss. I pray for some kind of comfort for you and your family. How very tragic ! I have not had the pleasure of knowing Ellie and would love to hear stories and see photos when you are able.

I am so heartbroken with your email. She was taken way too soon. We all can relate with this knowing that it can happen to anyone of us EBD owners. We just hope that they last as long as possible with their health and quality of life in mind. Bless you and your family during this difficult time. I am sure Ellie was very fortunate to have been surrounded by people who loved her. RIP.
