Hello! I just noticed these red spots on Nachos belly. Hes 4 months old now and this is the first time I've seen this. Any idea what this could be?

Poor guy. Looks like grass allergy, contact dermatitis. Note that it’s only in the area that’s lowest to the ground. Benadryl tabs orally...maybe even try Benadryl spray first...apply twice daily. Give it 3 days to begin to clear up before moving on to something else, like a Vet visit.

Agre with Chip... and to lessen chances going forward, wipe belly and paws with a damp wash cloth after being outside

I don't think Benadryl spray is very useful - stick with the oral diphenhydramine (Benadryl) 1 mg/pound twice daily. If your dog has unpleasant (usually rare) side effects such as urinary retention from the Benadryl try cetirizine (Zyrtec) , about 1mg/kg or 0.5 mg/pound once daily.

My vet always says this is a Staff Infection when Nico gets it, we use triple antibiotic cream or something the vet gives us and it clears up within a day or two.
