That question is like asking if people eat bbq in Korea, do they call it Korean bbq? Or if Chinese people eat in China do they call it eating Chinese food ? :)
From what I hear British bulldogs are pretty common in England, and people don't think anything of seeing a British bulldog walking around. Apparently there's a British bulldog that sits outside a pub all day not even moving around, in Woolwich, and no one even notices,
