I have heard about it. It has to be local, as close to you as you can possibly get, not store bought. Oops, just realized you were talking about pollen, not honey! No more wine for me!

Bee pollen? Is it sold as a locally harvested product?

Where would you find local bee pollen? I am thinking of starting Lambeau on local honey -- would that be just as good?

Do you have local farmers market? Start there and ask questions like where is the honey or their products from. Go to your local natural health food stores.

BTW do NOT heat your honey as you lose all nutritional value of your raw honey. Here's a great link!

I think I will try honey. Not sure where I can get local pollen but I have bought raw honey for myself in the past.
