Porkchop is currently taking Apoquel when I came home found this bleeding. She already had the missing. I have no idea what it is , anyone experience this?

I am taking her to the vet in the morning. I cleaned it up and put Neosporin .

Thank you

My GS had that once also in his leg. Hotspot...you just have to clean it properly with a mild soap and add polysporin. It will take a few days or weeks if its like your photo. Just stay on it and disinfect it a couple times a day. My GS wasn't as bad as yours though.

I agree that looks like a hotspot to me... you can shave the area and like Helene said keep it clean. I use vetericyn spray on it, and it clears it up quickly...

agree with Helene and Tracey --- hotspot, shave it down and keep it clean... it will go away in a week or so

I took her to the vet to make sure that bump was not growing.

It's a hot spot she will have for life. She will need to be on medication for life. I just need to keep my eye on it when it does bleed again. Clean it or I can use that orangey stuff you put on wounds and it will go away faster.

Thank you everyone for the advice !

Oh poor baby

Do you have any witch hazel in?

Yes, I got it :)

I cleaned it with distilled water and apple cider vinegar organic Bragg and neosporin.

Did I miss something or I misread. Sometimes the french side kicks in lol..... "It's a hot spot she will have for life. She will need to be on medication for life?" It will cure. :)

Hotspot for life? Sorry but I think you should get a second opinion.
