Is this elk antler the right size?

It's 6.5 inches. Dozer is 7 mos and about 40lbs.

It looks good to me... I usually go a little bigger, but my two are 35 pounds and 56 pounds and they both chew on everything!!!

I think the right size of chewing things for bullies is the size of the very bullie, then you don't need to worry that these little crocodiles will try to swallow and choke themselves:D

Size seems fine... but it looks like a split so watch him with it and make sure it does not break. SOME of them break when they are the split.... i usually buy the moose antlers... my pups like those more than deer

I just bought one for Nyala this week. Her first one. Exact same one. Almost fell on my a** at $22. She hasn't let go of it.

It's a good size. Should keep Dozer busy for a while. May I suggest that you only purchase the whole pieces next time. That piece has been sawed in half so it is considered split. I usually buy the huge full antlers from a place online and the prices are very affordable. PM me if you want their website as I am not sure if we can post it on here.

splits -- are an antler cut in half (long ways)
