Natural Balance feeding

My 7 month, 40 pound male bully is switching from Fromm four star to Natural Balance sweet potato and fish. Id like to know what your recommendations are for feeding because it seems ive gotten feedback on here ive fed too much fromm so thank you for that!

Here are some facts..
Not yet neutered
Apartment bully. We play indoors, and run him a few blocks or so every couple days and weekends.
Currently 3 cups of fromm, but thinking it needs to be reduced but not sure if it changes food to food. The package says 4-5 cups i think for puppies in his weight so i think it's wrong?
