Not sure what this is?

Hello I have a 5 month old bulldog and there's an outbreak near his eye and I'm not sure if it's acne? Infection? Sore? It's progressively getting worse and I've tried peroxide, witch hazel, and baby wipes (unscented). im clearly out of options now :/ please help!

Btw: his eyes smells really bad even if I wipe it 3 times a day. It's like a putrid smell.

Most likely yeasty from tears. Wiping with a Chlorohexidene or witch hazel wipe should help clear it. Just be careful not to get it in his eye. Using a q tip in those tight to reach and sensitive areas work well to boot.

I use the duoxo pads near the eye to keep the yeast down… you can get them on amazon.

Agree, they work great.
Also important to assess what's causing the issue/tears. Is you puppy allergic to something, food, grasses, etc?
What kind of food are you feeding?
