WELL the Wallygator has done it again… I bought some new beds about 2 months ago on Amazon, and yesterday HIS bed was a pile of stuffing :cursing: He likes the cup style beds so he can suckle on the sides of it, but I SWEAR I can't seem to find one that can withstand the destruction.

If anyone has a recommendation on a DURABLE dog bed, please let me know… I'm tempted to just get a twin mattress and throw it on the floor :biglaugh:

The Kong crate pads seem to work for me. Not high on ratings, but my bully's don't seem to chew or want to chew on them.

I have made beds from old jeans for my guys and the first ones have lasted for two years now. And if there's a tear you can just patch it with a patch of jeans...

I upcycle old bed sheets that have ripped. He treats them much better than his bed.

My guys can't have any beds or pillows because they chew, destroy, rip, shred and eat anything soft, so no towels, blankets, or stuffed toys either. They dominate a couple of dog pillows that I bought at HomeSense, but they can only lay on them when they are with us and supervised. We do have a Cooleroo bed, but they don't seem to use it much, they would rather sit with us on the couch and snuggle.

We haven't had bed issues with the dogs but I would suggest blankets if he isn't ingesting the fabric when he is tearing apart his bed. I know you want him to have the most comfortable bed possible that is cup style but, since he is destroying those beds, it's time to be a bit for forgiving to your wallet. ;)

Have you considered a Kauranda bed. Both of my bullies love theirs https://kuranda.com
