JUST got home w/Wallygator… the surgery went fine. He came thru like a champ, and I just gave him a little bit of dinner :D

The vet is concerned about one of the x-rays… there is an area near the base of his spine that shows a curve. She consulted w/the other vets in the office, and nobody knows exactly what it is. She is sending them off to the radiologist so hopefully we will hear something in the next couple of days. This could explain his behavior and aggression if he is having pain in his rear area.

I'm JUST happy to have him home and out of surgery!!! I can't THANK you guys enough for all the prayers and good wishes…

Wally seems to be doing fine this morning, although I do think he threw up a little bit last night. I woke up to him taking care of his mess, so I didn't get to see how much...

He ate breakfast fine this morning and took his pain meds. I'm anxious to hear what the radiologist is going to say, but I'm sure we will be able to handle it. When I mentioned it to Nikki (his behaviorist) she said that this would explain his behavior over the past couple of months

They x-rayed him from top to bottom… hips, and all four limbs were great. That area at the base of his spine is what is troubling… we will find out soon.
