Anyone use a split yoke leash with their bullies?

Keith suggested we get one of Jose leashed with one handle, but a split yoke that attaches to both dogs. He thinks it might be easier than juggling two leashes.

I've seen a few people use them with smaller dogs, but never anything bigger than a Frenchie.

I've looked them up and they make them for bigger dogs. My concern is that the splitter only gives them about a foot of their own space.

Has anyone tried one with their bullies? What are you thoughts?

I had one for my two Malanois,that was seperate from the leash-you just clipped it on to the leash,and it was adjustable for the length that you wanted to give each dog.

I tried one with my first two, Nitschke and Banks--- it worked well but we did not use it much because Nitschke liked to just mosey along-- Banks was always in a hurry to get wherever she wasn't :faceplam:

I have a split leash… I used it for my boxer and bulldog, and it worked well for them. It doesn't work well w/a puppy and an older dog, they both need to be more mature or you will have one pulling the other one… Lol I haven't tried using it yet w/Walter and Willow yet.

I use one and love it.

A though, Lockjaw is in constant "GO GO GO" speed, while Penny just likes to take her time. As u can see, she needed a little break. Lol But it is easy to pull him back a little if he starts to pull on Penny.
