So tonight here in Eastern PA, we are having our first thunderstorm, Ellie did surprisingly well, she only barked a few times, and looked around, im thinking this is because she was tired from "school" and outing we went on to family members house, and right now she is all snuggled up in her crate snoring away....

So how does everyone elses bully handle their thunderstorms??

FTSE has never has a problem with thunderstorms until the last we had I spoke to the vet about this and he said they can develop fear to them as they get older.

We are in NC- I was worried initially bc the bulk of the recent storm was supposed to hit while we were at work. Thankfully- it skipped right over us. But THE WIND! Last night it was blowing sooo hard. Penny hopped up from a dead sleep on the couch growling and barking. Lol
I had to turn in he dishwasher when we went to bed last night for back ground noise for them.
Lockjaw seemed pretty unfazed by the whole ordeal. Lol

When Harlea was a pup she would bark for a bit but now she just goes about her business unless there is a strike that is close to the house.

Hi Melissa and Ellie!! Way to go Ellie girl! Be brave (I hope Joey will be, no true storm...yet)

I'm in the center part of PA, my brother lives in the Eastern part and our corporate office is back there too. Lansdale/Hatfield.

I go back East a ton......

hey -- I am about 45 - 60 mins from Lansdale too.... actually, my vet is in Lansdale

Cheli was snoring away.... it was Lambeau's first encounter and he was just going room tot room looking for the noise. Never barked, but after checking every room on the 1st floor and the basement... he gave up and crawled up on daddy's lap and went to sleep.
