Whats a Master Bull

I'm knew to English Bulldogs and I just received my pups Certified Pedigree, and my babys papers say that his sire farther is a Master Bull and dont understand.
Can anyone explain

Sounds like it could be the name of the kennel he is from.

Does it say this where on the cert? Where the sire and dam are, it should have their AKC registered name, and their AKC number, then newer certs show colors and markings as well.
