We got him on Sunday! He's been doing really well with housebreaking. A little trouble with the crate at night and whining so far. We're going to try putting a ticking clock in with him and covering his crate at night to see if it helps.

Aww, he's a cutie Good luck with the crate training, it is tough to leave them when they are whining Maybe a cloth with your smell on could also help or if you got something from the breeder that smells like his mom and siblings.

That's a good idea about some cloth! I'll give that a try too. The breeder did give us a stuffed rabbit that smells like his mom and brothers that we've put in the crate.

Do you need to crate him? Perhaps not the answer you wanted, but if he's whining he might do better in a basket bed next to your bed? I believe pups, just like human babies, do well from sleeping close to their mums and dads!
