They only need a little help. Life jackets. I just Knew last year as puppies this year I would make swimmers out of them. Nope, I was wrong. The front paws work great their back paws are like they are dragging two little spoons. We are happy this year they know to go to the steps to get out. Even with the life jackets I still do not trust them back there without someone watching. I have seen the YouTube videos of Bullies swimming but just not at our house. Emmitt only weighs 51 pounds and Rogan 57 pounds. Without the jackets Not a Chance.....

That's awesome! I wouldn't trust them by themselves either..

We get to try Harley at the lake this summer! I'm very anxious.. She has no problem with water, just her life jacket, she hates!

Taco flails his back legs, so it drags him into a pencil position, and he bobs. He's good for about 5 seconds till he realizes he's swimming. He loves the water though, just like your pups! Same life jackets also!

That's so cute:) Joey LOVES to swim but she tips over and sinks like a rock, so the times we've been swimming with her we have to hold a hand under her belly to keep her from tipping over, lol. I've never tried a life jacket on her though, it looks like it works really well:)

Boeboe and Bennie can swim, even without a life jacket but they hate it:(

Does Taco stay in the water and float around? The boys like me lifting them into the water but automatically swim towards the steps. Lynn was the one that told me what life jacket to buy. As usual she was right. I would love if the would go off the diving board. If it wasn't for the flap under their chin on the life jacket the would not get in at all. They hate water or anything in their ears. I lift them from the side of the pool and they swim to the steps. Well the front part of them swim towards the steps. Back end just follows.
