[MENTION=6717]dolphin[/MENTION]...I would leave him unless it is harmful to him....my skin son has a tounge tie and when he was a baby the doctor said unless he has a speech impedament it was fine...he is 12 now and speaks perfectly fine. I look at it like that♡

Vegas has a broken tooth right above the gum line. The vet said at some point it will have to be removed...but since he's not showing discomfort and there is no irritation currently, to leave it be. I wouldn't bother it at this moment.
