Walter nearly gave me a stroke this morning…

We don't even have a fence around our yard...the nearest, not too busy road, is about 150yards away, but they never go that far. I was thinking that if we would have a fence the little suckers would get curioust to what's on the other side, but now they just stay near the house...love living in the country side and haven't seen any big game eather...

Tracey - I think we have the same fence and if yes, it pops open every now and then, I think we have to have them realigned due to the ground still settling

We DO have the same fencing, and I had NO idea he could pop that thing open!!! I bungee corded that sucker for now, but I may have to put some locks in… SMH!!!

I haven't been getting enough sleep ever since we got Brett since even at night time I watch him sleep to make sure he's breathing well now to add Logan on top of that. What is sleep? Lol

Sounds like a good solution. That little stinker! Mabel doesn't like coming off the porch. I wouldn't worry about her unless she was trying to attack a dog who walked up to her or she tried to go with a stranger. There is no sense of "stranger danger" with my girl. I am so glad he came to you!

Oh my gosh!! What a scare!!

Something me similar happened this morning to me and I ended up with soaking wet/muddy socks when he slipped out the back door. he made a mad dash puppy zoomie run for the road, PANIC!!! I had to entice him back with a treat. Came back in and was immediatly like WE NEED TO WORK ON FRANKS RECALL to my bf. Oh sigh

Oh Tracey I feel for you. He is one smarty pants! At least he came back. Tank got out once and ran away from us. My bf chased him all the way down the neighborhood until Tank couldn't run anymore and brought him back. Sneaky little bullies!
