Flaxseed

Good morning! I was just wondering if this is safe to add to his kibbles or Greek yogurt or it's better if I use the flaxseed oil better? I add this to my oatmeal or smoothie as well. Thanks!

I swell flaxseed groat in water, pureed veggies or sour milk and feed it to my boys every day. With groats they get fiber as well. Their coat has gotten really shiny.
