I'm thinking about have my girl allergy tested and was wondering what the right age would be to get this done? She's 10month now I don't want to get it done too early as I want to try and get a true picture of what she may be allergic to should I be waiting another couple of months till she's one to have this done or maybe later

Appoligies if there's already a thread on this I searched but could find one.

Thanks in advance

Our vet always told us to wait till they are at least 2 yrs old to do the testing unless it is critical to the quality of life. We had our two done at age two, because he stated they immune system is still developing and you may get false results.

We did the full blood screen test and you have to make sure no steroids are in the system for 30 days.
