Yeah I do have to agree that I don't personally think you have to worry, and that is is party of the puppy stage. Jovi, which she is now 1 and a half years throws fits all the time. She will whine and whine and whine till she gets the bone, or toy that Bella has and barks for it. I don't think she has ever growled besides when people walk outside, or weird noises it's part of her bark. But I know a lot of bulldog pups like that. I would worry more toward a year, year and a half if they continue. But like I said, Jovi sort of does the same this. They just throw fits all the time lol. STUBBORN BULLIES
