You raising a little porker??? LOL Glad there is nothing serious wrong with the little fella.![]()
Guinness had his 2nd vet visit today, but last night when i was playing with him I felt a lump on his neck right where you would put flea/tick medicine. Anyways the vet took some fluid from it and it was clear and he tested it a few more times and fat came out. The vet said probably just a cyst but to keep an eye on it, phew......I was nervous all night last night. Also he gained 3lbs in two weeks and the vet told me to back off on the amount of food my fatty is getting...he gets 1/2 cup 3x daily, but i was told at lunch to only give him a 1/4 of a cup to make sure his weight doesn't get out of control. The vet gave guinness a dog treat that they have at the office and my guy destroyed the thing in like 2 seconds, it's the first time Guinness has had one of those treats...he has only had carrots as treats...it was funny to see the look on his face, like a kid tasting ice cream for the first time.

How much did he weight?
And how old is Guiness?
Good to hear nothing was wrong.
@bfletch13 he is 10 1/2 weeks old and weighs 14.2lbs
Wow, he is a little porker! The doc is right though - once you let them get too big, it's so hard to get the weight off of them so it's good to be conservative with his weight now, despite how squishalicious a chubby bully puppy looks! I'm glad he's doing well. He is so cute.

He is a cutie regardless. Cysts crop up all the time and are usually harmless. Is he laying anywhere hard? At least you know he is ok though.
@mammyglicks no he isn't laying anywhere hard...it's in a weird spot, right at the base of his head
@wfd38383 OK I was just wondering. Jozi is 10 1/2 weeks too.
She goes to the vet next Monday I'll see what she weighs then.
So glad the cyst was nothing serious! He is soooo cute!
There is nothing nicer than two sweet Bully girls, unless it's THREE sweet Bully girls!!
