Antler Chews?

The reason for my asking is..I've come across an internet article on vets becoming concerned with teeth fractures.They are saying its happening more often from antler chews..Has anyone experienced this at all ? And you know if its on the internet it must be true.lol

Broken teeth do happen. You just have to watch them.

I have not experienced that yet and hopefully will never. It would not surprise me if it could happen though. Bruiser likes us to hold it for him so he can get at it better, so we are usually close by when he does chew on it. But it is something to defiantly look into. Thanks for the info, might have to be a little more careful could be painful if he broke a tooth. ( By the way Christie H, love your bio, great way to live life, sometimes wish all you guys lived closer, would be fun to get together. Lot of good people here.)
