My Rocco has a tail pocket every tight one. I have medicated wipes for it.I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on how they take care of their bull dogs tail pocket. Should I use a tissue to dry it after I wipe with a medicated wipes. I know im supposed to keep it clean and dry.

Jewel has a tail pocket which is cleaned on a daily basis with witch hazel for maintenance with 2x2 guaze or cotton ball. When Jewel starts to scoot on her hiney this indicates she is uncomfortable and a possible infection. When the guaze or cotton ball comes out brown, we treat with "malacetic otic plus" until the guaze or cotton ball is clean. You will find that hair will come out on the guaze or cotton ball as well. When the brown is gone, dialy maintenance with witch hazel. I learned this from the forum here and this recipe works.

If your wipes are medicated there should be no need to dry afterwards otherwise you will be wiping away all the medicine. What kind if wipes are they?

I've never tried those but they have antibacterial and anti fungal, I would think they would self dry. Or let that sit in there for at least 30 minutes and then go in and dry it out.
