My sister just bought her self a 7 week old english bulldog that developed this on her bottom in a few days

and is freaking both of us out. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Our pug had something similar when we got her as a puppy... we took her to the vet and he said it will go away by itself, and it did. I'd ask a vet though to make sure it's harmless. Puppies usually get shots at 8 weeks before they leave the breeder so your sister can ask the vet then:)

If it is just on the skin it is most likely a hysto, eh, @desertsskybulldogs :D wish I could remember the name of it, but they tend to just go away in a few weeks.

Yeah beat thing to do is have a vet look at it immediately

Agreed with [MENTION=2894]2BullyMama[/MENTION] looks like a Histiocytoma, which is a benign tumor. 2 of my dogs had it. It pops up quickly and will take about a month or two to go away.

it looks to be in the anal gland area, it might be an infected gland? We're just guessing here.
