Just out of curiosity at what age is an English bulldog no longer considered a puppy?

Chesty is 17 months old, and 52 pounds.

I would think, anything over a year old, but I am not positive. They do continue to grow until near 3 yrs old

Bodie
My vet told us that Bodie would be fully grown, on the inside, at age 1! That's why we were to wait until he turned 1 before considering the soft palate/brach surgeries. If not, it could've grown back and been a waste of money and time. Thank God Bodie didn't end up needing the surgery. The vet did say that at 1year of age, his insides are fully grown but on the outside, he could get wider or head get bigger, etc..
I have just never heard that they grow until 3 years of age...
