Shes tired here so shes rolling we try to run daily so she wont get chubby -and running its good for her lol
With Shy -i cant record nothing as shes pulling me to run faster

Lily runs well...very good job, Pati! I sure Cami could do this, walking
is a chore to get her to do and I'm talking only around the yard. I've
got her on a diet but honestly, I think she's not lost an ounce It's
hard when they're so inactive, gonna have to cut her kibble even less.
She's not going to like that, lol Lily looks so good!

Not long lol -sometimes she doesn't at all -she just goes in the cold floor for few minutes before deciding to go and play with Shy ;-)

Carol -you are doing great ,start from back yard and every day try and walk just 1minute more xx

Its Julius k9 harness ,we started to use it as soon as Lilly had learned to walk nicely on a leash be careful not to over exercise Reggie he's still a pup ;-)

good job running lily! how far and how long can she ran? Bifi just play football and frisbee to keep him fit because i can't run, too lazy lol.

I cant run neither lol - we usually do it every day for about 30 minutes if she wants she can run fairly fast ,in between we play a lot of fetch etc
