My Artemis has a yeast rash on her tummy! It's horrible and has a foul smell. I used "lady" cream, that seemed to make her more comfy. Any advice would be appreciated!

I hope it wasn't Vagisil. As we are fighting yeast as well and we asked our vet about it and was told the numbing agent (Benzocaine) has been linked to making dogs sick with a form of anemia. Witch hazel, Duoxo pads/shampoo, chlorohexidine spray, gold bond lotion/powder and ACV are much better options.
