Artemis first park adventure

So we went to the park yesterday, first time. She was so excited to see so many people! And it's then when I realized her strength!!! Wow! I'm hoping the more I socialize with her she will learn to be calm?!

We always used a harness w/our bulldogs, that seems to help keep them from pulling so much!!! Socializing them will help, or you could also try puppy classes… it's just her being a puppy

Do you take Artemis out to different settings?…the park is great, walks in the neighborhood, the pet store…The more exposure to different people and environments will help with her socializing and getting used to people and crowds.

Yes, they are very strong, low center of gravity helps with the pull.... harness and keep her leashed till she settles down

Yep, the more you take her out the better she will get.

Thanks! She just finished her shots so I really had only taken her on car rides till the park the other day! But we walked the neighborhood today she did better
