I just bought Fromm's for the first time yea ...... Anyway I'd I change flavones but it is still Fromm's do I still have to switch slowly ?

As long as they are in the four star line you do not have to switch slowly. If going from gold to four star or four star to gold, you do.

What Lisa said. We switch 4 star flavors all the time with Harlea and she does fine.
