I swear Baxter reminds me of so many animals its crazy.

One minute he's a bunny rabbit, complete with the curly tail and nose that goes up and down really fast.

The next minute he's literally gallopping and trotting exactly like a horse, with his toy in his mouth. Head held high.

The next minute he's "ba-dum-ba-dum"..."ba-dum-ba-dum" .. down the hall, slowly swaying and swinging like a little elephant.

And of course this one needs no explanation. Even has the "stink eye" backwards glance LOL ...

so true, Chunk is often a bunny in the snow or piles of leaves hopping about, and a piggy rooting for truffles and by that i mean sniffing out toys lost under the couch, and at the park he is a sumo wrestler taking down dogs twice his size and weight!!

Lol. This is too funny, but true. Bulldozer thinks he's a billy goat, because he eats everything he can, and Blossom thinks she's a bull, because she rams everything. Lol. But most of all they look like little old people.

I totally forgot about the "beached seal" LOL!!!!

And duh the piggy. So obvious. I knew I was forgetting some.

When he walks sometimes like an elephant it just kills me. Head swaying back and forth. Jowls hanging.

Baxter is doing better. His only issue is potty issues, but he's gotten a lot better with the no bedding and crate sleeping at night.

He will still sometimes leave a pile of nuggets in the dead center of the hallway to my office, while I am in there. Strange little guy.

But he's not a chewer. Doesn't ruin things. Is pure happiness and joy at all times. Can't wait to see the young gentleman he develops into.

And, once he does, you will never understand why you were so stressed over the potty stuff... love like no other!

BTW Kevin, I had the same problem with curly. He got the idea of going outside but I felt sometimes he got lazy or too excited and just "accidentally" forgot to let me know he had to go out.

When we took him camping for a weekend it sealed the deal mentally for him that he was only suppose to go relieve himself outdoors. I think it was because he lost the familiarity of his home surroundings. Maybe you need to take Baxter on a mini vacation and see if that helps make it click for him.
