Bulldog has thinning fur and bumbs all over skin

It looks like there's various things going on. Allergies, hives, dryness..
Does he lick his paws? A lot of times dogs with allergies lick.

Have you given him any kind of medication lately? Like for fleas? Or has he had any vaccines recently?

Agreed, lots of different issues, take him to the Vet so you can treat for all the issues.

Tell us what foods W/what proteins he's been on so we can help advise you. I would
take him off currant food and feed bland diet...white rice with boiled chicken OR boiled
& drained hamburger until we figure out what food to try.

Got other suggestions but I need above info to suggest further.
