Wrinkle under eyes constantly wet!

I have a couple of dogs that have similar issues. One dog takes drops for dry eyes and ulcer in eyes. I use "angel eyes" once a day. Wipe area with peroxide 3 times a week, wipe with damp cloth and dry each day, can also put baking soda in area to keep dry. That seems to take care of mine.

My aces eyes are moist. I clean with hydrogen peroxide away from the eyes, then add a smear of desitin (baby diaper rash cream) to keep them dry. Tear stain on his white side of the face has gone down significantly. I also use filtered water.
