I think Brutus has a cyst in between his toes. I have seen them on here before. Right now it looks really small. What can I put on it or do I have to call the vet?

I think if you use the medicated pads..phytovet, duxo etc, that might help while you wait for better info. Hope it clears up quickly!

Rosalie, I have heard that soaking in epson salts can help too.

OK thanks. I was reading the link on how to take care of them. I will start while it is small and hopefully it will go away soon.

Epsom salts in the tub is the best advice Ive seen. Buster got one and I read on here about this stuff Vetricyn and got it from Amazon. I sprayed it on his toe 3 or 4 times for 2 days and it was totally gone in 4 days. Its a synthetic gel that really worked.

Chum got his cyst the same time as Buster and I did the Epsom salt in the tub thing a couple of times a day for about a week...it wasn't until I got the vetericyn that Phil mentioned that i really noticed it clear up!
