A Few Male-Related Bully Questions

Sheldon is neutered at the advice of our vet. I wasn't going to have it done but my mother in law insisted because she got a female Yorkshire Terrier (the tea-cup variety) and was afraid he would hurt her, and Sheldon has only done the humping thing when excited a couple times and when I kept my grand niece he would like her ear and hump the air and I think that was a dominant thing he was trying to establish his place above her. He got told no and put in time out each time it happened and he wanted to get up next to her but I didn't let him because I didn't know if she would have allergies but she didn't appear to.
