Re: Bulldog saved from car -- heat stroke

Wtf is wrong with some people?? You can't be that stupid not to know that dogs, or even children for that matter can't be left in a car, especially in the heat. With all the deaths we've been reading about in the news these past few months of grandmothers, babysitters and such leaving toddlers in the car and them dying, they should know that it's dangerous. It's just common sense. Why do people take their pets with them to go shopping, knowing they can't go in the malls, or restaurants etc., if you have to go out, leave your babies home in the air conditioning where they will be safe and cool.
I am so glad they were able to save this sweet baby, and get him the medical care he needed, hopefully he won't have any permanent damage and gets his eyesight back, I pray for him to be okay again, and I hope they never give him back to his owner. I hope they find him a good home. I'm so glad they caught the owner, and he was arrested, he should be punished, maybe they should make him sit in a blazing hot car, with all the windows up, and no water, and see how he feels.

Another person that needs to remove themselves from the gene pool. I am ashamed to say that I used to live there.

Re: Bulldog saved from car -- heat stroke

I just moved to Columbia, SC and my car said it was 98 degrees at noon today. Tucker was only outside to do his business then right back inside today until I took him for his walk at 9:00. It amazes me how, what should be, common sense and basic decency are being overlooked more and more today. Hopefully Thor makes a full recovery and his joke of an owner is dealt with accordingly.

OMG I cried when I saw that poor baby :*( How can people do this to animals, and children. What they heck is going thru the pea sized brains?? I hope Thor makes a full recovery and gets rehomed to a loving family.
