Daft question: for EB owners with carrot tails

my question is (for those of you who have bulldogs with straight tails)
Do your fur babies lift them up (by lift i mean in the straight line but not as high as other breeds
Lilys tail is normally down ,but when she get super exited it goes up in a straight line (or perhaps this isnt normal)

Buddy has a straight ail and normally it will be down but when he wags it or gets excited it will stick straight out, not really stick up.

The bulldogs i know have always had curly tail -i love them ;-))))
