Lolas paw will sometimes get like this after she's been chewing on it incessantly. looks a little swollen. i usually warm compress Lolas toes, then dry well, then use antibiotic cream on it. maybe itchy?

My boo boo gets these sometimes. It's a "hot spot".
keep clean, wash with dial soap and use cortizone 10
cream should clear up in less than a week.

Loki gets them too we put cortizone on it as well and it usually gone in a couple days, we have come to the conclusion that he gets his after he walks on the freshly cut grass, if he licks his paws a lot or if they are wet for any period of time. Try to keep them clean and dry :) hopefully it goes away quickly for Tank.

I have also heard Epsom soaks helps. Def keep it clean. He isn't licking it a lot, is he? Do you feel or see anything like a bump anywhere?
