does anyone use those to keep your bullies cool? do they work or not worth the money?

We use the collar for Winston. It just makes it so he can stay outside for a bit when we are all hanging out, out there in the summer....I think it was worth the money but I still kept him under a tent in the shade and he was not out there for more then 20 mins!
